Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@belledepadel.com.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

We currently ship within the United States and GCC region.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order once your return has been approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
